Whistleblower Reports & Complaints Procedure.
Integrity, responsible conduct and respect for human rights are essential elements of our corporate culture. We therefore provide a reporting channel through which you can confidentially, and anonymously if you wish, report potential violations of legal requirements, internal policies, as well as human rights-related or environmental risks throughout our supply and value chain.
Our reporting channel also serves as a complaints procedure within the meaning of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz – LkSG). It enables employees, business partners, suppliers and other affected parties to raise concerns about potential misconduct, human rights violations, environmental violations or other compliance breaches.
Reports can be submitted either in writing or verbally.
All reports received are carefully, independently and confidentially reviewed. Individuals who submit reports in good faith are protected against discrimination, adverse treatment or retaliation. By reporting concerns, you help us identify risks at an early stage, remedy misconduct and ensure compliance with our legal and ethical obligations.
