Fresh Foods

In order for fresh foods to stay fresh on its way to the consumer, all of Meyer Logistics vehicles are equipped with specially insulated superstructures which are even suitable for frozen foods – so that even the strongest solar radiation has no negative effect on the quality of the products in our care. The cooling units we use take 90% of their power from the vehicle engine, meaning they are exceptionally quiet, energy saving and environmentally friendly. Circulation vents on the front wall of the vehicle ensure an optimal air circulation. In order to comply with strict hygiene requirements, we fit all our vehicles with a basin-type aluminium low-noise floor.
